| Wine
and Dinner-A Four Part Series
In
this class students will not only learn about and sample
some great wines form some of the great regions of the world
but then enjoy a meal from that same regions pared with
two more wines. This semester, the subject is Europe, and
the four class course will focus on the wines of France,
Italy, Spain and Germany. Regions will be discussed; as
well as the history of wine in those regions, and four wines
will be tasted and discussed each night followed by a three
course meal from selected regions accompanied by 2 additional
wines that will compliment the food. While eating we will
discuss why each wine was chosen and what makes it enhance
the food.
