Timeless Kitchen Techniques Basics
If
you are the type of person that prepares everything the
same way weather it be sautéed, poached, baked or
grilled then this is the class for you. In this class students
will learn several cooking techniques; from how to ensure
your fish never sticks again when you are sautéing
to what and when to steam. In this class you will join us
in preparing a meal that touches on several of the important
cooking techniques. You will be able to take these techniques
home with you and apply them to many different recipes and
diversify your culinary repertoire.
Students will prepare: Grandmother’s Chicken Ragout
over mashed potatoes, Steamed vegetables in a light Asian
dressing, Spinach and blue cheese stuffed tenderloin, Chocolate
banana napoleons
