St.
Patrick’s Day
Looking
for something fun to do on St Patrick’s Day that doesn’t
turn you green. Join the Passionate Palette in preparing
a feast of traditional and not so traditional St Patrick’s
Day cuisine. Once everyone has finished preparing there
part of the dinner we will sit down and celebrate the day
with a feast and maybe a beer or two (without the green).
Students will prepare: Glazed Corned Beef and Cabbage,
Steak and Guinness Pie, Dublin Coddle, Irish Soda Bread,
Bailey’s Irish Cream Pie.
