This
class does exactly what the title implies. Students will
expand their culinary palette one technique at a time. This
class is designed to teach students a single technique in
a hands-on environment, while the student masters each technique
we will discuss ways to change the ingredients in the dish
so that you can make several dishes utilizing the same basic
technique. Each class lasts an hour and a half so that even
the busiest individual can fit classes into their schedule
