Now that’s using your noodle-Pasta
Pasta
is one of America’s favorite Dishes weather you are
making ravioli from scratch, serving a Sunday dinner of
lasagna, or making a quick dinner of pasta a la Carbonara
your family is sure to think they are in for a special treat.
In this class you will not only learn the art of making
pasta from scratch but how to choose the noodle that is
best for each type of sauce. Students will learn five dishes
that with a few accompaniments will make a great meal with
the satisfaction that only comes with pasta.
Students will prepare: Lasagna made with fresh pasta, Tomato
cheese ravioli with pesto sauce made with store bought fresh
pasta, Fettuccini Alfredo made from dry pasta, Asian style
cappellini made from dry pasta, Chicken and mushroom ragout
with Pappardelle made from dried pasta.
