Kitchen Confidence to Spare

Here at the Passionate Palette we often hear people say I’m already a really good cook don’t you have something a little more challenging? In this class students will put their skills to the test. Students in this class will be challenged to create a dish (with a little advice from us) of their own using 5 unique ingredients (as well as a pantry). Dishes will be presented to the class and the outstanding recipes will be posted on our web site with a photo and biography of the creating chef. (Class is limited to the first 12 students)
