Tuesday-The Food of Mardi Gras

Tuesday the name says it all. For many this is a day of
indulgence, one last day to indulge in whatever the next
90 days will deprive you of. The end of Mardi Gras or Carnival.
A day of tradition wrought with goddieness (have you ever
seen a kings cake)
Join us on this festive evening a calibration though not
nearly as exciting or mortifying as Bourbon Street we will
fill the school with sounds of zydaco and aromas of Cajun
and Creole food followed up by none other than the legendary
king’s cake.
Students will prepare: Chicken and Andouille Gumbo, Crawfish
Etouffee, Oysters Bienville, Creole chicken, Beignets, Kings
Cake
