Cooking for your Family
Would
you like to move away from using processed food to feed
your family? Don’t have time after you get home from
work to cook dinner? Come learn some simple wholesome meals
that can be made ahead and or be prepared and on the table
in less than half an hour. Students will prepare: All day
pot roast with garlic mashed potatoes, Beef tenderloin salad
with blue cheese and spicy candied pecans, Italian polenta
with grilled sausage, Penne with sea scallops, sweet peppers
and spinach, Split pea soup, Pork medallions with a poblano
sauce and Mexican rice
