you knead to know – Bread Making with Amy Hoyt
For
many baking bread is a thing of mystery. Something that
only other people can do well. Yet there is something so
enticing about the smell of bread baking, so satisfying
in a loaf of freshly baked bread. Join Chef Amy Hoyt as
she demystifies the art of bread making. In this class students
will learn 4 basic doughs that they will then add ingredients
to changing the flavor or shape in different ways braids
loafs etc.
Students will prepare: Basic white, Basic wheat,
Challa, and Sweet dough.
