Learn Cooking Over Dinner
Join
us for the Dinner version of the Lunch counter. This is
for those of you that can not make the Lunch Counter, and
for those who love to go out, try new cuisines and learn
new recipes and techniques in a relaxed enjoyable atmosphere.
This is way more than dinner out it’s an experience.
At these dinners you will view the preparation, enjoy a
great meal, meet and talk with the chefs and take home the
recipes. So call your bunko group, book club or your friends
and neighbors and make plans today. Specific menus will
be posted on the website the Saturday prior to the scheduled
class or call for details. Space is limited so call to make
your reservation early. Classes always include four courses
and 2 glasses of wine paired appropriately with the courses

scheduled class, or you can call to get details. (Example
menu: Dinner in Provence-Ratatouille, Sea Bass Grilled over
Fennel, Baked figs with Crème Fraiche and Basil)
