It’s Greek to Me with Miriam Hoffman

Miriam Hoffman arrived with her family from Greece in 1956. Shortly After arriving in Denver she met and married her husband of 48 years, Maria continues to cook a lot of traditional Greek and Jewish dishes, but, over the years has modernized them. She enjoys sharing her cuisine with others and often teaches some of her favorite dishes at birthday parties and gatherings.

Recipes will include: Avgalemono, (chicken broth with rice, eggs and lemon), Dolmades both vegetarian and beef, Skordalia (garlic dipping sauce), Melomacaroona
