Indian Cookery with Juhi Johnson

Juhi Johnson was born and raised in north India, where she learned cooking from her mother. After she moved to the United States in 1988, cooking became her favorite hobby and she is always researching new recipes in the library and Internet. She also enjoys coming up with recipes and flavors. Juhi likes to try out her new recipes on her husband, two kids and guests. And she has always wanted to share her love and passion for Indian cooking with others and is very excited to teach at The Passionate Palette.
