Fresh-Using herbs in your kitchen
Herbs
are something we know we should use to boost the flavor
of our dishes. But which herbs fit with the dish you are
preparing? What flavors do they impart? What are the health
benefits? How do you pick them? Can you store them if you
don’t use all of them or do you have to throw them
away? In this class we will do our best to answer all of
these questions as you learn to cook with fresh herbs. Class
will include some recipes which best demonstrate the versatility
of fresh herbs.
