| Lobsters
and the Wines that love them
There
are as many opinions about paring lobster with wine as there
are chefs. Fortunately, there are classic traditions and
new interpretations that will make for an evening of indulgence
as we prepare 4 lobster dishes each paired with an accompanying
wine. In this class you will not only indulge in the many
flavors of lobster but also taste wines that will enhance
the flavors of the lobster. Students will discuss the wine
their origins and why they were picked to accompany each
dish.
Recipes will include: Mango lobster bisque, lobster club
sandwiches, grilled lobster salad with blood oranges, lobster
cakes with herb butter sauce.
